What’s the typical turnaround time?

Depending on our current workload, we run at around 2-3 weeks. If you have a project that needs to be done in a shorter timeline, we can accommodate rush jobs with a series of frames we keep in stock. Rush jobs under a week are subject to a rush fee.

Do you stretch canvas?

We do! However, each canvas presents its own unique challenges and we need to examine in person to ensure it is something we can work with.

Do you frame needlework?

We do! We are experienced in framing a large variety of textiles.

Do you frame jerseys?

We do! We offer a range of solutions for displaying your jerseys.

Do you sell readymades?

Yes!  We have a rotating selection of smaller readymade frames (typically ranging from 4”x 6” to 14” x 18”) made from discontinued frame stock. We also currently offer 8 x 10, 16 x 20, 18 x 24 and 24 x 36 gallery frames in limited colors and styles.

How do you price projects?

Our pricing is based on the size of your piece, the materials (frame, matting, glass type, speciality details) you select and the labor required to complete your piece to your design specifications. We aim to provide customers with a variety of options to find a design that best fits your home, your budget and honors the integrity of your artwork.

Do you do frame repair?

We can often rejoin frames if the corners are coming apart, but do not offer any restoration or cosmetic repairs beyond that. The best thing to do is to bring the frame in so we can take a look at it and determine if it is within the realm of repair we can offer.

I have a print/painting that is damaged - can you repair it?

No, we cannot. We are not conservators, but we would be happy to give you a recommendation for someone who may be able to help you.

Do you provide shipping?

No, we do not.

Do you sell glass?

Yes, we do. We offer a variety of glass and plexi glass options which can be cut to size and sold individually.

Do you frame mirrors?

Yes, we do, given that the mirror is provided by you.

Do you do any printing?

No, unfortunately we don’t have the space to offer printing services but we would be happy to give you a recommendation.

Do you sell engraved plates/plaques?

Yes, we don’t do this service in-house but use a vendor that does a great job.

Do you deliver?

Perhaps!  It depends on the completed size of the artwork and timing. There is an additional fee.

Do you offer hanging services?

No. We recommend you call your local handyman or contractor.
